Hire our school facilities

At Anna Seward Primary School, we believe our school is more than a place of learning – it is a vital asset for the community.

Our buildings and grounds are available for hire and offer high-quality spaces catering for sports, events, meetings, clubs and other community activities both during the week and at weekends.

We are committed to ensuring our facilities support local organisations, groups and individuals outside of the school day. That’s why we’ve partnered with award-winning lettings provider Vivify Venues to manage all out-of-hours lettings (outside 7am-6pm, during term time).

Vivify provides a one-stop-shop professional, safe and efficient service, from booking to hosting.

All lettings are subject to the terms outlined in the ATLP’s Lettings Policy, which can be found on our Public Policies webpage. The policy includes full details on hire conditions, charges, safeguarding responsibilities and use of facilities.
