Who we are

Welcome to S.O.A.S – Supporters of Anna Seward Primary School.

S.O.A.S is Anna Seward Primary School’s PTA and is made up of parents and teachers from school with the main purpose of raising funds to support projects, events, activities and provide equipment that will benefit students, our aim is to enhance the life of every child who attends our school.

We meet every month with meetings starting at 7:30pm. If you would like to attend please email: annaseward.pta@annaseward.atlp.org.uk

We are always keen to see new parents and carers at the meetings and we try and make the second half of each meeting a social event (some of our best ideas come up when the formalities end)! If you are not able to make the meetings but would like to get involved with S.O.A.S or could help out, either on a one-off or regular basis, we would love to hear from you.  

Any suggestions, ideas, concerns or questions can be sent to our email or school or you’re always welcome to chat to a member of the committee, we don’t bite!

Whilst S.O.A.S currently comprises of a dedicated team of parents and staff, the future of the team is very much dependent upon us keeping the flow of new members coming through and the support you can offer is hugely appreciated. 

This year our aim is to finally hit our £5000 fundraising target, this will enable us to register as a charity which opens up so many additional funding avenues, which in turn allows us to provide many more fantastic opportunities, equipment and events for your children and our school for years to come
